Shipping Time - Orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Free shipping for orders over $40. Not to be used in conjunction with another coupon offer or promotion. We are offering standard shipping with USPS for $2.95. Standard shipping is subject to the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments are mailed daily, but please allow 2 to 5 days for receipt. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Express and international shipping is available for an additional charge. Express delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Our Return Policy:
Each item is inspected for quality prior to shipping. However, in the event there is an issue please contact us immediately. We understand that things happen, so please check your order carefully and notify us immediately if there are any issues with your order. We will only issue a refund for any errors, shortages, incorrect items shipped, or defective items once these items have been received back to us.
We will not accept any returns after 7 days of the date you received the merchandise. We are not responsible for shipping charges for returned merchandise.
To get credit for returned items, contact us via our website or email us at CS@ShopAdornments.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions will be sent via email. All items must be returned in the original packaging with the original tags and must not have been worn or appear to have been worn. Any items returned without tags will not be issued a credit.
